Futura Trailers Repairs or Issues

As the manufacturer we do not get directly involved in trailer repairs, can you please work through this with your dealer. Your dealer has trained support staff ready to assist.

Please contact your authorized Futura dealer and they will assist you with getting the trailer back up and running ASAP. If you can not reach your dealer, contact us through our website and we can connect you with your closest dealer.

If the repair is found to be an issue relating to faulty materials or workmanship, it will be covered under the terms and conditions of Futura's Limited Warranty providing the repairs are made under the guidance of an authorized Futura dealer.

If you are located far from the dealer, in this instance we will not ask you to return the trailer to the dealer however the dealer will need to authorize a repair agent before any work is carried out for it to be covered under Futura's Limited Warranty.

We will also support your dealer with technical advice and parts if necessary.
